2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings for cleaning services can be made via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
- Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-show: In the event of a no-show by the client without prior notification, the full service fee will be charged.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or administrative fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned.
- Securing any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive documents prior to our team's arrival.
- Informing Nimbus Spark Clean of any specific cleaning requirements or allergies prior to service commencement.
5. Damage and Liability
Nimbus Spark Clean is insured against accidental damage. While we take utmost care, in the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff during service, clients must report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the incident and take appropriate action. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or, where rectification is not possible, the fair market value of the damaged item.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to services where instructions were not clearly provided or where client interference prevented completion of the task.
7. Intellectual Property
